What happens with which order status?
- Incoming order
The commission is allocated to the affiliate and earmarked. - Completed
The commission is finally calculated and credited + creation of a lifetime customer if active. - Canceled/Refunded
The commission is automatically deducted again.
Commissions that have already been paid out remain unchanged when the order status is changed in order to ensure data consistency.

FAQ
What is the credit note function?
- In addition to your payout, our plugin also creates a PDF credit note for your accounting. This is actually a must-have for every affiliate plugin, but currently only we offer it in-house.
Are the credit notes correct for tax purposes?
- But of course. Both normal credit notes including statutory VAT and the reverse charge procedure are supported. For the latter, the store and affiliate must be based in different countries and each must have a valid VAT rate. For each payout, our plugin checks the stored settings of the store and affiliate so that correct credit notes are always created.
What is affiliate voucher tracking?
- Store operators can assign vouchers created via WooCommerce to affiliates. These are automatically tracked when the order is received and the commission is credited to the affiliate. This has the great advantage that no affiliate URL is required.
Can an affiliate advertise for themselves?
Are Lifetime customers protected by „third-party advertising“?
Is it possible to assign existing subscriptions to an affiliate?
- This is child's play. Simply create a lifetime customer and activate „Recurring payments“. At the next renewal, the assigned affiliate will receive their commission.
Is there a dedicated registration form?
- Not at the moment. WordPress and WooCommerce offer sufficiently good solutions here. However, there is a mini-form for registered users who can use it to apply as an affiliate. If the demand for this increases, we will implement our own solution.
Does the database remain clean?
- To 100%. We store everything in our own database tables. No unnecessary meta keys or anything else. We only save the plugin settings in the options table. If you delete our plugin, we don't leave any garbage behind as long as you activate the required checkbox in the settings.
